Please be aware that the StraitsX account only supports the tokens on this list. Any other tokens not listed are not supported, and depositing an unsupported token may result in the token becoming irrecoverable.
If you have mistakenly deposited an unsupported token into your StraitsX account, you may contact our support team to check if it can be recovered. Please note that a withdrawal fee will be imposed for the recovery of the non-supported tokens and the process may take up to 30 working days.

The withdrawal fee is required to cover the necessary operating costs, as well as the setup and maintenance costs of the tool used in the recovery process.
Please note: The possibilities for non-supported tokens recovery are subject to conditions and differ from network to network. We can only facilitate the recovery of tokens supported by our custody provider. There is no guarantee that non-supported tokens can be recovered.
