Making a Transfer In Request
1. Sign in to your account and select “Transfer In”
2. Select “XUSD” > “Bank Transfer”
3. You are then required to generate your unique account number in order to make a transfer in. The generation of your unique account number can take up to 14 days, but actual processing times may vary depending on external circumstances.
4. Once your unique account number is generated, repeat steps 1 & 2.
5. The transfer in instructions will be shown. Take note of the recipient name, bank account number, bank name, SWIFT/BIC and bank address.
6. Make a SWIFT transfer from your bank’s mobile app or website
- Banks from Singapore and the rest of the world will be accepted for making a USD transfer in.
- Transactions from Non-Bank Financial Institutions, also known as third parties, such as Wise, GrabPay, Razer, LiquidPay, Matchmove, and Singtel Dash, etc. are not acceptable. If transfer in from third parties are made, a refund will be issued and charges may apply.
7. Your funds will reflect in your account in 2-5 working days. Your balance will instantly be reflected in USDC.
