Making a Transfer Out Request

1. Sign in to your account and select “Transfer Out”

2. Select “XUSD” > “Bank Transfer”

3. Choose the bank account you wish to redeem USD to

• If you have an existing bank account used for SGD transfers, you are required to verify the bank account again for USD transfers
• In order to verify your bank account, there are 2 methods;
  • Automatically:
    Make a USD transfer in from the bank account you would like to verify. Once the deposit is completed. Your bank account will be automatically verified
  • Manually:
    Link your bank account under “My Account” > “Bank Accounts” > Select “Add New” > Select “US Dollar (USD). From here, input your bank account number, bank name, SWIFT/BIC, and billing address. Once submitted, our team will verify your bank account within 1 working day

4. Enter the amount you wish to transfer

5. Ensure that information provided is accurate before proceeding

6. Proceed with 2FA

7. Your bank transfer request will take up to 2-5 working days to reflect in your bank account
