Address whitelisting schedules
Initiating a Transfer Out of USDT from your StraitsX account will require the recipient address to be whitelisted beforehand.
If you wish to transfer USDT to a personal wallet (non-custodial address), you may transfer up to 50 USDT upon submission of the whitelisting request. Upon completion of the whitelisting process, the Transfer Out limit is lifted after you have deposited some USDT tokens back into your StraitsX account.
If you wish to transfer USDT to a digital asset platform address (custodial address), you can only use that address after we approve the whitelisting request. Whitelisting requests of custodial addresses take up to 1 business day to be reviewed and approved.
