Address whitelisting schedules
XSGD withdrawal on StraitsX platform requires the recipient address to be whitelisted beforehand.
If you wish to transfer XSGD to a personal wallet (non-custodial address), you may transfer 50 XSGD after you submit the whitelisting request. The whitelisting process is completed and the withdrawal limit gets lifted after you deposit some XSGD tokens back into your StraitsX account.
If you wish to transfer XSGD to a digital asset platform address (custodial address), you can only use that address after we approve the whitelisting request. Whitelisting requests generally take 1 business day to be reviewed and approved.

The processing time for a blockchain transfer depends on how quickly blocks are created, how many confirmations are needed, and the overall activity on the network. More confirmations generally mean a longer wait, but also mean more security.
