To request a 2FA reset:
If you need to reset your two-factor authentication (2FA) on your StraitsX account, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your StraitsX account.
2. If you are unable to access your 2FA method, on the login verification screen, click on "Having trouble with authenticator" in the bottom of the Authenticate button.
3. On the "Security Check" page, ensure that your email address and phone number are correct, then click "Continue".
4. Enter the OTP code sent to your email and phone, then tap "Submit".
5. That's it! You've reset two-factor authentication.
